What the certification covers
The assessment evaluates your agent across the 42 risks of the Agentic Risk Matrix. It produces a trust score, a risk domain breakdown, a compliance mapping against MAS FEAT, IMDA AI Verify, PDPA, and ISO 42001, and a prioritised remediation log for any gaps found.
The Trust Record
A signed, timestamped document that records the agent name, version, assessment date, trust score, risk findings, compliance mappings, and remediation status. The Trust Record is publicly verifiable at protum.ai using the record ID or the Ed25519 signature.
Point-in-time scope
The certification mark is specific to one agent, one version, and one assessment date. The validity window is documented in the Trust Record. When the agent changes materially, a new assessment is required and a new record is issued.
How to apply
Contact Protum to begin the certification process. A kickoff call scopes the assessment and establishes the evidence collection timeline. The full assessment takes five to ten business days. Certification is issued on the final day if all critical findings have been resolved.
